Registration to use the framework

NHS Trusts and other public sector organisations can access the NHS SBS Framework Agreements and associated documents (free of charge) at their website https://www.sbs.nhs.uk/proc-framework-agreements-support using the “Sign Up to Access our Frameworks Link” which can be found half-way down the website on the right-hand side. 

 

Once clients (the buying organisation) have signed up (2-minute process), they can download the Audit and Assurance Framework documentation.  

 

Organisations can direct award from this framework or run mini competitions.

 

Countess of Chester Public Sector Dynamic Purchasing System Audit and Assurance services

 

This framework can be used to run a mini-competition inviting all capable suppliers to take part. The DPS period is 22/03/2021 to 21/03/2025. Facere Melius is an approved supplier to provide service from lot 4; these include:

• assurance over non-financial information, including but not limited to strategy, risk and corporate governance

• assurance over KPIs, including but not limited to environmental reporting, sustainability reporting and workforce reporting

• compliance monitoring and risk management

• special purpose reviews and investigations

• well-led governance reviews

• workforce audit services including but not limited to temporary, fixed-term or permanent staffing (clinical and non-clinical)
